The Supplier is required to provide a high quality service within the scope of the Specification to include, but not be limited to: - Routine Cleaning - Periodic Cleaning - Reactive Cleaning - Window Cleaning - Consumables - Facilities Support Services

Registers of Scotland is looking for a Supplier that can provide Cleaning and Associated Services across its two sites for 36 months, the an option to extend the contract by 6 or 12 months increments up to a total of 24 months. * The estimated value of the contract is GBP 570,000.00 excluding VAT per annum. * Estimated value of the 36 month contract is GBP 1,710,000.00 excluding VAT. * Estimated value of the contract should all optional extensions be taken is GBP 2,850,000.00 excluding VAT. * The Supplier shall provide a comprehensive cleaning service throughout the two premises delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
