Renewal: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise up to two (2) extension options, each for a period of between five (5) and ten (10) years, to facilitate the procurement of an additional vehicle, up to a maximum of two (2) additional vehicles in total. Any extension shall be subject to approval and exercised at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority by written notice.
