Our key objectives for a future approach include: Securing competitive and sustainable commercial arrangements that deliver long-term value and support evolving business requirements. Ensuring resilience of supply through access to trusted partners with the capability to provide responsive technical support, integration services, and ongoing lifecycle management. Strengthening operational and cyber resilience through solutions and expertise aligned with the Network and Information Systems (NIS) Regulations 2018, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and wider industry best practice. Providing access to accredited technical expertise, vendor specialisms, and value-added services that enhance the performance, security, and reliability of our OT estate. Establishing future-ready partnerships that support innovation, technology refresh, and the increasing digitalisation and interconnectivity of operational assets. Your input will play a key role in helping Anglian Water understand current market capabilities and opportunities, ensuring that our future procurement approach supports operational continuity, improves asset visibility and control, and enables us to respond effectively to evolving business, regulatory, and cybersecurity challenges.

Interested parties are requested to return the separate pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire via the SAP Ariba system by 11pm on 26th October 2026. To ensure that all parties receive the same information, please submit any questions or requests for clarification using the messaging function. Responses to all questions will be shared with all interested parties via SAP Ariba unless the information is deemed by Anglian Water at its discretion to be confidential to a particular party.
