Bidders must demonstrate experience delivering comparable contracts in nature, scope, value and duration. Minimum cover is £5 million public liability, £5 million employers’ liability and £1 million professional indemnity. A Real Living Wage Foundation accreditation is required, or successful bidders must commit to obtaining it within six months of award. Registration on the Central Digital Platform and acceptance of the contract terms are also required.
