North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to procure a 3,500–4,250 kg gross vehicle weight bus, converted for use by its outreach youth service. Notice Description

North East Lincolnshire Council are looking to procure a 3500kg to 4250 kg GVW vehicle converted for our outreach youth service and are looking for clarification and guidance on the specification for this vehicle. The authority has produced an initial specification (see appendix 1 attached) to show potential suppliers what the authorities' initial thoughts are. The authority would prefer to consult with potential suppliers prior to going out to tender to clarify what is possible and the options for this vehicle build.

The Local Authority is inviting organisations to obtain and review preliminary market engagement documents, and submit completed questionnaires using the the Authority's procurement portal. All documentation and information can be found at: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER All requests for clarification should be submitted via the above portal only and all answers will be published on the portal only. Completed questionnaires should be submitted to the Authority using the above procurement portal only.
