It has been confirmed by GE (the manufacturer), that "as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) I confirm that we, GE Medical Systems Ltd. are authorised as the sole accredited service agent for Northern Ireland to submit quotations; participate in tenders, to offer, negotiate price, put equipment into operation, provide maintenance, repair, service, technical support, and provide technical training and OEM spare parts for the following equipment operated within Northern Ireland. Please note we are also the sole owners of propriety information including service software and updates for all GE equipment listed in this tender and commit to provide access to medical devices equipment alerts.
