Thameslink Southern Great Northern Limited (TSGN) is procuring surveys of fire protection in ceiling and roof voids across its railway depots. The work is to assess existing fire breaks, fire stopping and other fire-prevention measures, and review whether void protection aligns with the current fire alarm system. Suppliers must produce a scope of works for the required roof-void protection, including fire breaks and fire stopping to existing walls. The procurement is divided into three geographical lots: Bedford, Peterborough, Letchworth and Welwyn; London depots including Selhurst, Battersea, Hornsey, Streatham Hill and Cricklewood; and Sussex depots including Brighton, Bognor Regis, Hove, Littlehampton and Horsham.

TSGN invited offers through a competitive flexible procedure, using an initial participation stage followed by an invitation to tender. The planned contract period for each lot is 26 April 2027 to 25 April 2028, with award due by 16 April 2027.
