Cardiff University wishes to commission a Tenant Survey and Analysis Report in order to complete the final stage of a project, which is based on the Programme Objective by Carmarthenshire County Council - To improve the health and well-being of Carmarthenshire County Council's social housing tenants through the improved and evidence-based targeting of future home improvement works. This project was established in 2009, since then stages 1, 2 and 3 were successfully completed. This project is now approaching the final stage - Stage 4, where the successful bidders will print, process and deliver postal questionnaires and allocate and conduct interviews with tenants of Carmarthenshire County Council
