This is a cotract for the Welsg Language Commissioner's Design Framework.The Aims are:- to develop the Welsh Language Commissioner's brand by designing a wide range of publications and material as needed.- to create a design framework which the Commissioner can use as required.- Work with the Commissioner's Communication's team developing creative ideas and designing print and electronic publications and marketing material.- This specification is not a contract for a specific project. Being accepted to the framework will not be a guarantee for receiving work in the future.
