The impact of COVID-19 on the programme of works to be called off the Framework across the region has been unprecedented, most notably projects in the educational portfolio. Extending the Framework will allow the time necessary to capture the revised educational programme priorities for Carmarthenshire and the other regional partners within the current 2020 Framework, as originally envisaged.
