Merthyr Valley Homes are developing 12 Nr. residential units adjacent to their head offices on Lansbury Road, Merthyr Tydfil.The scheme involves Demolition of an existing church hall, 'St Lukes Church', 'Gellideg Foundation Offices' and a small play area, together with Design and Build of 12Nr. Residential Properties (8 x 2P1B Flats, 2 x 4P2B Houses & 2 x 3P2B Bungalows) together with site preparation works, external works and drainage including any required offsite drainage, highways work and section agreements including any adoptions required to provide a fully completed development.
