The project consists of the renovation and refurbishment of three Grade II listed annex buildings and the demolition and reconstruction of one annex building located within Gate 1, Pembroke Port, to create commercial workshop and office accommodation. The project will include complete demolition and rebuilding of one large Annex and a new link building between two of the Annexes.The project is part funded by the Swansea Bay City Deal, the Port of Milford Haven and WEFO grant funding, which has been secured.
