There are 5 lots, and each lot listed below will be appointed to a single supplier (or main supplier from a successful consortium bid) to deliver the work outlined within this specification.

Lot Information

Near Ready Leadership Programme

A Near Ready Leadership Programme for disabled people and individuals from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic communities. This will be aimed at people from these groups who already have leadership experience and would like to become a board member on a public body in Wales. The client will invite people from these groups to apply for a place on this course.

Fair Recruitment Practices

Training for all those involved in public appointment recruitment campaigns, including, but not limited to Chairs, Board Members, Senior Independent Panel Members and some members of the Senior Civil Service.

Public Leaders of the Future Programme

A Public Leaders of the Future Programme for disabled and ethnic minority individuals. The intention is to include other under-represented groups, such as LGBT+ in the future. The programme will focus on helping people to develop the skills and experience needed to move towards the goal of achieving a public appointment. The client will invite people from these groups to apply for a place on this programme.

Board Member Induction Training

Induction Training for new Board Members of non-health public bodies (there is a separate induction programme for health appointees), which will include a section on diversity & inclusion.

Diversity and Inclusion Training

Training for all those involved in public appointment recruitment campaigns, including, but not limited to Chairs, Board Members, Senior Independent Panel Members and some members of the Senior Civil Service
