The College wish to secure the services of an established creative agency with a breadth of experience in marketing and public relations, to provide a marketing and communication plan, along with the required support and a variety of associated services, in order to increase awareness of the Tywi Nutrient Partnership Project in Wales. The Contract will run from June 2021 to December 2022.
