Provision of Theory of Change framework for Fusion: Creating Opportunities through Culture
Notice Description
Amgueddfa Cymru is seeking a contractor to develop a Theory of Change (TOC) model for the Welsh Government programme, Fusion: Creating Opportunities through Culture. The final output will be a visual representation of the programmes TOC, and an explanatory narrative to accompany this. Emphasis is placed on the successful contractor adopting a paticipatory approach to the development of the programmes TOC, through engaging with a range of relevant stakeholders.
