Notice Title

Former Manselton School, Swansea - Urgent Repair Works to Roof and other areas.

Notice Description

Manselton School is a large, unique Grade II Listed Building, located within a high density terraced area, between Manor Road and Cecil Street. Built in 1900, the building opened as a school in 1902, and later became a senior elementary school for boys and girls in 1927. The works are to include urgent repairs to the roof in order to control the deterioration of the fabric of the building. A minimum of four quotation would be required.
