The Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) is seeking to procure a debt recovery specialist to provide a debt collection service for debts that have remained unpaid for a period of 56 days.Debts owed to ABUHB may include, but are not limited to, the following:* Default in payments of fees, rent etc;* Overpayments in salaries, grants and subsidies;* Overpayment or early termination fees arising from salary sacrifice schemes ;* Failure to pay for goods and services; and* Damage to government property.Debtors of ABUHB may include, but are not limited to, the following:* Employees and ex-employees of ABUHB* Private patients;* Overseas patients;* Commercial organisations;* Public sector organisations; and* Insurance companiesWe anticipate that there will be approximately 200 new referrals per annum.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
