Provision of Specialist Ex-Military Personnel Permanent Recruitment and Positive Action Services
Notice Description
TfW has committed to providing equality of opportunity and by signing the Armed Forces Covenant TfW has also committed to supporting ex-military personnel in job opportunities and support in employment. TfW looked to procure services from an organisation to provide support in three core areas:1. Recruitment support, specifically regarding candidates who are ex-military or due to leave the forces;2. Positive action, providing a networking opportunity for various under-represented groups leaving the forces and TfW to highlight potential employment opportunity, improving inclusivity and increasing the representation of under-represented groups within the transport sector;3.
