This project will complete the internal reconfiguration of part 2nd floors and 3rd floor Hirwaun Building [H Block]. The refurbishment will provide new office accommodation. To include: wall demolition, partitioning and ceilings, door frames/liners, power and lighting,flooring, heating/plumbing, fittings etc. See additional documents for full scope, requirements and drawings.
