The aim of this procurement process is to purchase six pieces of equipment which will be used in the creation of a new multidisciplinary testing facility named DURALAB (Durability and Characterisation Laboratory) or accelerated weathering/ageing and long-term durability testing of a wide variety of materials (e.g., infrastructure materials, artefacts, biomedical devices, plastics, food, biological samples).This Contract is separated into two Lots:Lot 1: Wet/Dry ChamberLot 2: Carbonation Chamber (700 l, gross)Lot 3: Freeze/Thaw Chamber (1200 l, gross)Lot 4: Environmental Chamber with moisture control and heatLot 5: Digital Microscope for surface measurementsLot 6: Water purification systemBidders can bid for one or more Lots.
