Notice Description

Wales Millennium Centre is embarking on a new and exciting phase which includes the development of its Front of House area. As part of this development the Centre is constructing a space (ideally two levels) which can house a Food Hall to provide theatre goers, visitors, and the local community with a compelling new food offering. To this end we are inviting organisations to tender for this concessionary business opportunity. Prospective organisations must be able to evidence excellent delivery of discrete food offerings, which emulate a Food Hall service in a high volume, fast paced environment. Prospective partners must be able to evidence a robust financial position - a prerequisite to submission is the supply of five years accounts and cash flow. Additionally, organisations must be able to evidence the capacity, technical capability and commitment to embarking on a three-year concessionary contract.The Centre is committed to the principles which underpin Welsh Government's Workforce equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy: 2021 to 2026, and welcomes organisations whose own policies reflect these principles.
