Minor building refurbishment work at Pwllheli Station, including:* Convert existing bin / storage room into kitchen and locker room. Kitchen to include space for food storage, dishwashing, white goods and 30nr lockers.* Reception / foyer area to be repurposed to provide space for train crew booking on point.* Staff mess room to be refurbished.* Customer service room to be reconfigured to facilitate customer liaison via a window.* Staff kitchen to be converted into W.C and shower room.* Locker room to be repurposed into a managers office.* Concourse - new storage container for safe storage of bins and station storage.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=115325.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
