"eligibilityCriteria": "Award criteria - Two Stage Selection and Award ProcessThe procurement process for this contract will follow a two-stage, Open Procedure. Candidates will be required to pass the selection stage response before the specification response will be considered.Stage One - Selection StageThis stage consists of pass / fail questions that must be completed in full. Candidates are required to comply with the compliance questions and pass all pass / fail questions to proceed to the specification response stage. Any candidate that receives a fail based on the scoring methodology, will be eliminated from the process at the point where the fail occurs.Stage Two - Award StageAll Organisations that successfully pass all elements of the selection stage will progress on to the Award Stage.
