Nod y gystadleuaeth HyBRID (Ymchwil ac Arloesi Busnes Hydrogen ar gyfer Datgarboneiddio) yw datblygu atebion arloesol ac ymchwil sy'n cefnogi un neu fwy o ddeg amcan adroddiad Llwybr Hydrogen Llywodraeth Cymru, a fydd yn cael ei ymgorffori yn ail gynllun lleihau carbon Llywodraeth Cymru (Net Zero Wales CB2 - 2021-2025). Mae'r rhain yn anelu at ddatblygu technolegau a phrosesau sy'n galluogi defnyddio hydrogen fel fector ynni allweddol, a fydd yn hanfodol ar gyfer cyflawni ein hymrwymiad cenedlaethol i gyflawni allyriadau sero net erbyn 2050. The aim of the Hydrogen Business Research & Innovation for Decarbonisation (HyBRID) competition is to develop innovative and research solutions which support one or more of the ten objectives of the Welsh Government Wales Hydrogen Pathway report , which will be incorporated into the second carbon reduction plan (Net Zero Wales CB2 - 2021-2025). These aim to accelerate the development of technologies and processes which enable the deployment of hydrogen as a keystone energy vector, which will be critical for meeting our national commitment to achieve net zero emissions by 2050. A maximum of PS2 million funding is available, inclusive of VAT to deliver two strands under Phase 1 of the challenge.
