Notice Description
The overall aim of the contract is to provide a range of tools and resources to support organisations to implement the Good Work Framework in practice. This will help internal leads manage and structure their approach to dementia learning and development. This will help regions with a consistent and integrated approach to learning and improve the quality of care and support for people living with dementia.This includes identifying and sharing resources that will help organisations and workforce leads understand how to use the framework effectively in the design and delivery of a learning and development offer to their workforce.The resource is intended to help and support workforce leads to develop their own local approaches, within the context of the Good Work Framework.
