Notice Description

NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership on behalf Cardiff and Vale University Health Board wishes to purchase 8 electric tug vehiclesThe supplier is able to tender for any make or model, but the vehicle must have a maximum cab height of 1920mm, a tow capacity of 8,000kg, a payload capacity of 200kgs and a 2 year warranty.The vehicles will need to be delivered to the following address as soon as practically possible: University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff and Vale NHS, Waste Management and Facilities, Dental Drive, Heath Park, Cardiff, CF144 XW.The tugs will be used to transport wheeled bins around the hospital sites from the point of waste production to the collection point, as well as transporting tug cages around the site.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. To obtain further information record your interest on Sell2Wales at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/search/search_switch.aspx?ID=115971 1. Bidders should note that they will be required to enter into terms and conditions of contract as set out in the ITT and that save for matters of clarification or consistency the Contracting Authority will not negotiate the terms.2. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.3. All documents to be priced (where applicable) in sterling and all payments made in sterling.4. All tender costs and liabilities incurred by bidders shall be the sole responsibility of the bidders.5.
