The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the works for the renovation and refurbishment of 5 former Council properties in HolyheadThe work is to include the clearance of existing services and fittings and the fitting of new services. The scope of the project will also include some external works.Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2walesQuestions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function.Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales Postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 17/12/2021.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.
