CRYNODEB O'R PROSIECTMae'r Comisiwn Etholiadol yn chwilio am ddarparwr/ddarparwyr gwasanaeth i roi gwasanaeth monitro Seneddol i'r Tim Materion Cyhoeddus yn Llundain ac i'r swyddfeydd yng Nghymru, yr Alban a Gogledd Iwerddon.Mae'r gwasanaeth monitro Seneddol yn hanfodol ar gyfer cadw'r Comisiwn yn hysbys am drafodaethau gwleidyddol ynghylch etholiadau, cofrestru etholiadol, refferenda a rheoleiddio cyllid pleidiau ac etholiadau.
