Notice Description

Conwy County Borough Council is currently seeking to procure a suitably qualified Contractor for the development of a Sub Regional Children's Assessment Centre.It will incorporate three structures, comprising an unplanned assessment house, a planned assessment house and a workshop, inclusive of all external works and drainage at the former Meadow Lodge Site, Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay.Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the contract requirements.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=116145.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
