"eligibilityCriteria": "APPLICATION PROCESS Details of the background, challenges and expected outcomes of the projects can be found in the 002 - Challenge Brief document. You are strongly advised to read the 003 - Guidance on filling in Application document and all attached documents before completing the application form. SBRI Challenges are open to all organisations that feel they can meet the eligibility criteria and can demonstrate a route to market for their solution. The SBRI scheme is particularly suited to small and medium-sized business, as the SBRI contract are of relatively small value and operate on short timescales. Developments are 100% funded (to the SBRI awarded value) and focused on specific identified needs, increasing the chance of subsequent development and delivery. Suppliers for each project will be selected by an open competition process and retain the intellectual property generated from the project, with certain rights of use retained by the contracting Authority. This is an excellent opportunity to establish an early customer for a new technology and to fund its development. The application form (004 - AHP Application Form) should be submitted via the eTenderWales electronic portal https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.PLEASE DO NOT SEND APPLICATIONS BY POST OR ANY OTHER MEANS THAN AS DIRECTED",
