Remedial works to the existing external concourse and entrance road at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff which will include: * Resurfacing of the main entrance road along with re-configuration of existing car parking spacing and new layby. * Installation of new EV chargers * Replacement of existing steps * 2 No. new ramp walkways suitable for DDA * All existing footpaths to be replaced with resin bonded gravel including ramps * Stone planters * New Bollards * Road marking, road signage and traffic calming speed bumps * Replacement of existing drainage channels in the road * Cycle racks This tender pack sets out the information which is required by Sport Wales in order to assess the suitability of Contractors.
