Notice Description

Design and build external concrete plinth (approx 3m x 7m) suitable for 12 ton horizontal CO2 tank with Pallisade (galvanised) 2 metre high parameter fencing with lockable single pedestrian access and lockable isolation point outside.Supply and installation of 12 ton storage tank for liquid CO2 for food industry use. Anticipated usage of 3.5 tons per month. Pipes to connect to existing system via a mixing panel. Storage unit to be fitted with high and low level alarms, safety relief valves and low temperature cut off , 2x electrical vaporiser (required capacity approx. 100kg per hour), reduction station capable of reducing tank pressure to 6 bar and telemetric functionality. Installation to meet all current Health, Safety and Legislative requirements. A comprehensive service and support package over a minimum of three years is a requirement.
