The Vale of Glamorgan Council ('the Council') wishes to appoint suitably experienced consultants to undertake a comprehensive qualitative assessment of existing and allocated employment sites and premises within the authority, together with a quantitative assessment of future employment needs to update the Council's employment land needs evidence to inform its emerging Replacement Local Development Plan (2021-2036) (LDP).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=118566.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Bidders may request clarification on this Request for Quotation by contacting the Council through the Sell2Wales procurement portal no later than 12:00 noon 4th March 2022 .(WA Ref:118566)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.
