Notice Description

Since the Bay Campus opened in 2015, one of the primary challenges in establishing a satisfied and engaged community has been the lack of 'social' facilities for the resident and transient population. Swansea University has managed to secure HEFCW funding to deliver additional sports provision on Bay Campus to try and address this unmet need. The work comprises construction of single storey extension to the rear of the existing gym facility. The new annex allows for a flat roof extension providing approximately 192m2 of internal space to house an extension to the exiting gym facility.
