Notice Title

HR & Finance Systems Review and Business Transformation

Notice Description

As part of Recast Transforming Services, in April 2021 University Executive Board approved an initial investment to assess the options and relative benefit cases of introducing a new technology solution for HR, Finance and Procurement. The results of this assessment identified two possible options (namely Single Solution or Best of Breed), but recognises that at an outline level the Single Solution option appears optimal for the University based on both predicted quantitative and qualitative outcomes.Further investment is now required to develop the next stage (Phase 0) of the programme to capture detailed requirements, initiate procurement, confirm the best option for the University, and produce a final business case to prepare for a subsequent implementation phase.
