The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to award a contract for the provision of Communication Films for RPB.The Regional Partnership Board (RPB) is made up of Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, third & Independent sectors and carer representatives. Our aim is to improve the health and well-being of the population and improve how health and care services are delivered by making sure people get the right support, at the right time, in the right place.The RPB have invested in infrastructure right across Cardiff and Vale and are looking for a supplier who can produce a series of short films demonstrating the impact this has had on the people who use these venues. These films must be able to be uploaded and hosted on the RPB YouTube Channel and not have any ongoing costs.The supplier will need to lead on film production including arranging interviews, creating subtitles in Welsh and producing any animations etc. that may be needed.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract in whole, in part or annul the tendering process and not award any contract.2. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.4. All documents to be priced (where applicable) in sterling and all payments made in sterling.5.
