Notice Description
Torfaen County Borough Council wishes to commission an independent consultant to undertake the evaluation of Connect Engage Listen Transform (CELT). The value of the tender will be from PS32,000 up to a maximum PS38,000 and it is expected that an inception report will be published in mid-May 2022 with a final evaluation report published in late June 2022. You are welcome to submit your application in English or in Welsh, each application will be treated equally.(WA Ref:119682)
