The front roof of Parry Williams has been subjected to storm damage and has had a temporary repair.The university wants to carry out replacement of the whole roof.AU has erected access scaffold and parapet railsThe method of work shall minimise exposure occasioned by roof sheet removal.* Remove and dispose of parapet cover flashing and upstands* Remove and dispose of temporary roof repairs and roof sheets* Supply and fit timber bearers* Supply and fit 150mm rockwool insulation layer c/w vapour layer and breathable paper over* Supply and fit rails and brackets* Supply and fit 3m x 10m roof sheets from leading edgeNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
