Vessel Requirements are as follows:10m length overall by 4m beammaximum draft 0.5mtwin outboard powered to reach minimum speed 10 knots in loaded conditiondeck crane lifting 500kg at 2.7m outreach in lightship conditioncode of practice (COP 5) up to 3 miles from safe haven or NDP in favourable weather and daylight (capability of COP 4 20 miles from safe haven in favourable weather and daylight)cargo capacity in central underdeck cargo holds of 2-3 tons/ 5 tons maximumcapability of carrying 5 tons cargo plus 12 crewVessel should be of aluminium box type construction with a checker plate non slip deckaft aluminium wheel house with seating for three crew
