WC areas to include open plan WCs, floor to ceiling cubicles and central handwash fountains.Areas of work are located in Block 1 (ground floor) and Block 4 (ground floor)The project will require demolition, asbestos removal, Blockwork walls, Studs & Linings, Concealed IPS Systems, Toilet Cubicles, New Doors & Carpentry, Electrical & Mechanical Installations, Drainage & BWIC with services, Floor Walls & Ceiling finishes.
