Invitation to Tender for Rapid Evidence Assessment.
Notice Description
The Welsh Government intends to invite tenders to undertake a Rapid Evidence Assessment (REA) of what is known about effective approaches and methods in immersion education. The purpose of the REA will be to inform guidance on the delivery of Welsh-medium provision for learners between 3 and 16 years old in Wales. It is intended for the outputs of the project to include an accessible summary for practitioners working in immersion settings, trainers and training providers. The contract will require expertise in undertaking rapid evidence assessments and evidence reviews, along with a sound understanding of language in education.Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn bwriadu gwahodd tendrau i gynnal Asesiad Cyflym o'r dystiolaeth yn archwilio'r hyn sy'n hysbys eisoes am gyrchddulliau a dulliau effeithiol mewn addysg drochi. Diben yr adolygiad fydd hysbysu arweiniad ar gyflwyno darpariaeth cyfrwng Cymraeg i ddysgwyr rhwng 3 ac 16 oed yng Nghymru. Bwriedir i allbynnau'r prosiect gynnwys crynodeb hygyrch ar gyfer ymarferwyr sy'n gweithio mewn lleoliadau trochi, hyfforddwyr a darparwyr hyfforddiant. Bydd y contract yn gofyn am arbenigedd cynnal asesiadau cyflym o'r dystiolaeth ac adolygiadau o'r dystiolaeth, ynghyd a dealltwriaeth gadarn o'r maes iaith mewn addysg.
