Notice Description

The works will comprise of undertaking Doors and Windows replacements to meet with Welsh Housing Quality StandardsWorks will include the removal of existing doors and windows and replacing with new UPVC doors and windows in line with "Secured by Design" principals and current British Standards.The programme consists of 119No. properties in total of traditional construction and various architypes. (See Property Address List enclosed for details).NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=121578.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
