Notice Description

The Design and Construction of an Early Years Provision playgroup facility, approx. 116m2 to include 70m2 classroom, staff area, kitchen, store and toilets along with the inclusion of a canopy to the rear of the building and associated external works. RIBA Stages 0 and 1 have been completed and a basic concept layout has been provided in response to the requirements of 30hr Childcare Capital Grant provisions. No elevations have been produced.The contractors are required to provide a tender for the full design (fully delivering RIBA Stages 2, 3 & 4) and construction of the building and surrounding areas in line with the Client's Requirements detailed in Volume 3 - Scope, Site Information & Client's Requirements.Full details of the works are contained in Volumes 1 - 5.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=122300.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
