The form of Contract for this Scheme will be NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract, June 2017. Conditions of Contract are the core clauses and Z Clauses.Any reference to 'Contract Administrator', 'Project Officer' or 'Engineer' within Volumes 1 - 4 shall be taken as having the same meaning as 'Project Manager' in the conditions of contract. Any reference to 'Overseeing Organisation' shall be taken as having the same meaning as 'Client'.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=122301.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
