Notice Description
Tenders were invited for the refurbishment of the pupil WC's at Bedwas High School, Newport Road, Bedwas, Caerphilly. CF83 8BJ. The scope of the project was fully described in the ITT but is summarised below:The refurbishment of the boys WCs to create new WC arrangement.Removal of existing blockwork internal partitions, suspended ceilings floor coverings and Removal of existing WC pans, urinal and WHBs.Construction of new WC arrangement. Supply and fit new cubicles (SGL, full height), IPS, Vanity units with in set WHBs, New suspended ceiling and vinyl sheet floor covering. Wall to floor tiling and privacy film to the internal face of the existing high level windows.Associated M&E works.This notice is to inform the market of an award of contract following the tender process being undertaken.
