Notice Description

A procurement exercise is required to commission an external evaluation of the SMART suite which is supported by the European Regional Development Fund and is centred on RD&I in organisations in Wales. The three operations in the SMART suite aim to provide advice, support, funding and collaboration for RD&I in Welsh businesses and organisations. The operations have received funding under ERDF Priority Axis 1.An evaluation is required to review the indicator targets and to examine the context, impacts, and processes. The evaluation is also required to inform the future development of the programme.
