Powys County Council is seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor using the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016 Edition with Schedule of Amendments for the Refurbishment of External Fabric, Rhayader Leisure Centre, North Street, Rhayader, Powys, LD6 5BU.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
