Partial refurbishment of an occupied Community Facility.Reconfiguration and fit-out of Female, Male and Wheelchair WC's.Kitchen refurbishment including new equipment and hygienic surfaces.Replacement aluminium windows and doors.Clearance of debris to rainwater gutters, replace fascia's and soffits. N.B Eaves on three tiered storey.The project is Notifiable under CDM 2015.Cwmbran Centre for Young People (CCYP) is a Training Facility and Drop in Centre' for young people. We offer a wide range of training, services and activities to support young people to develop life skills and gain qualifications. CCYP particularly supports Young People who are unemployed, living alone or homeless, alcohol/drug dependent, young parents, carers or offenders and/or have high levels of behavioural issues/emotional problems.
