Trivallis DFG and Associated Works Framework
Notice Description
Trivallis is seeking the appointment of contractors to a 4-year Framework for the provision of DFG construction requirements at properties owned by Trivallis.Home adaptations are changes made to the fabric and fixtures of a home to make it safer and easier to get around and to use for everyday tasks like cooking and bathing. Adapting a home environment can help restore or enable independent living, privacy, confidence and dignity for individuals and their families. Adaptations can include the installation of stair-lifts, level access showers and wet-rooms, wash and dry toilets, ramps, wider doors, and, in some instances, bespoke home extensions to existing dwellings as well as improvements to access to and from gardens. Heating systems, insulation and telecare and assistive technology (where it is capital) can be other forms of adaptations.Trivallis reserves the right to stop the operation of the Framework at any time.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:Trivallis is a responsible business, and making a positive impact on society working to improve the social, culstural, environmental and economic well being of Rhondda Cynon Taff is improtant to us.Trivallis wants to address the long term impact of their decisions, by helping to alleviate poverty within our communities and delivering community benefit opportunities which give back to our communities across rhondda cynon taff.It is imperative that the winning bidder can support the delivery of social value when delivering contracts.Please summarise below how your company could suport in our commitment to give back to our communities througyh community benefit and social value programmes.Responses to this section will be shared with our senior manager of partnerships, who will contact you 3 weeks following your agreed contract date to develop and individual community benefit plan with you.
