This consists of 1 end terraced house, and 3 blocks of flats each containing 2 units.The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.
